Powerlifting America is coming to the greater Seattle Area!

Spectator Admission: Spectator information can be found on the Emerald Cup website.

Prizes: We'll award medals for all age/weight classes, and provide best lifter prizes for one male and one female best lifter.

Raw & Equipped: This event is for raw and equipped lifters competing in full-power, push/pull, or single-lift events.

Registration Fee: Registration for this event is $125.

Powerlifting America Membership: All lifters must be registered members of Powerlifting America before the day of the event. Please purchase your membership here.

Drug Testing:  All registered athletes are subject to drug testing before, during, or after the competition by USADA or CCES!

Trans Athletes: Please see the IPF transgender policy before registering for the event.

American Records: American records CANNOT be set at this event.

Raw or Equipped: This event is open to raw and equipped lifters.

Lifting Attire:  All support suits, shirts, wraps, and singlets must be on the IPF specifications, but are not required to be on the IPF-approved list.

Nationals Qualifying:  This is a qualifying event for future Powerlifting America National Championships.

Approximate Lifting Schedule

We plan to have lifting on Saturday, but the schedule is subject to change based on the lifters registered for the event.

Saturday, April 27th

Check-in/Equipment Check: 8:15 AM

Weigh-in: 8:30-10:00 AM

Lifting: 10:30 AM-1:30 PM

• Open (option for participants 19-59): Mandatory for those aged 24-39
